| Return Policies Hair Addictionz is dedicated to customer satisfaction. With saying this hair extensions are not for everyone and you as a stylist are responsible for your client and satisfying them We provide customer care pamphlets to the stylist for a nominal fee and expect that each of your clients wearing extensions recieve one. We can not be watching each client to make sure they are caring for their extensions properly so it is up to you as a stylist to teach them and make them very aware that ANY hair extensions can be ruined if not cared for exactly as stated in the care pamphlet. Hair Addictionz does not sell to the public. If you are not a hair stylist you can not contact Hair Addictionz. Please contact your stylist. Even then sometimes the extension wearer is still not honest. Hair Addictionz does NOT give any refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS! Hair Addictionz will exchange unused and un opened hair. The following conditions apply:
