How do I make sure I am ordering the right color?

If you are not sure about a color, please contact Customer Service at 888-602-7965 and an associate will be able to assist you. We recommend purchasing a color ring to better assist you in selecting the color you want. Color swatches are not guaranteed to be an exact match, and It is suggested that color rings be replaced every year and a half to 2 years due to changes in dye lots. Feel free to ask questions about our current stock when placing your order.

 

How long does shipping take?

Hair Addictionz products are shipped Monday-Friday out of our warehouse in Arizona with verified tracking and partial insurance. If you order by 4pm MST, your order will ship the same dayNote: Any fraudulent high risk orders will be held until our team investigates. No orders are shipped on weekends or US Holidays. All shipments include real-time tracking so that you always know where your shipment is at during all times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide with verified tracking. Please contact Customer Service at 888-602-7965 to make international shipping arrangements.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an 'Order Fulfilled’ e-mail which will include your tracking number and details on where your package can be tracked. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to show. Please contact us at info@hairaddictionz.com if you have not received your order after estimated delivery time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address. Ground Shipping will be the least expensive option. We also have expedited shipping for slightly higher rates. Choose based off your needs.

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

We will assist our customers to the best of our ability to get your package found. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You will have to file a claim with the carrier and we will assist. It is important you verify all information before placing your order.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:

All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Hair Addictionz.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you send back an exchange, please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, along with your email address. 

Returns & Exchanges
 
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all hair extensions within 30 days from purchase. However, please note no exchanges or refunds will be granted once hair extensions have been taken out of their original packaging. No exceptions. If you are not sure about a color, please contact Customer Service at 888-602-7965 and an associate will be able to assist you. We recommend purchasing a color ring to better assist you in selecting the color you want. Feel free to ask questions about our current stock when placing your order. We understand that you may need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.  Any opened hair will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Refunds may take up to 3 days to process and verify eligibility.

All hair extension accessories/tools, hair accessories, hair colour, and eyelash products are non-refundable and final sale. 

Hair Addictionz is not responsible for color match, so please understand prior to purchasing that you assume full responsibility in choosing your color. Our responsibility is to deliver the color(s) ordered by you. By purchasing our products, you are accepting these terms:

Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping charges to and from Hair Addictionz, as well as a 20% restocking fee. We do not charge a 20% restocking fee to exchange an item. The 20% restocking fee applies only if you are returning any item for a refund. Unless Hair Addictionz made a shipping error, shipping is non-refundable.

We allow one color exchange for hair extensions ONLY if item is in the original condition and unopened. Item must not have been in contact with anything. An email or phone call must be sent to Hair Addictionz with intent to exchange within 30 days of receiving item. When exchanging an item, item must be shipped back to Hair Addictionz with delivery confirmation within 14 business days of return or exchange approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer assumes return shipping costs.

The item MUST be in original packaging, NOT OPENED or USED, or DAMAGED in anyway nor any contact with perfume or cigarette smoke.

To exchange extensions for a different color: YOU MUST SEND US AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. If it is past 30 days you may not exchange or request refund.

Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Hair Addictionz within 14 business days after request is confirmed. All exchange/return shipping to be paid by buyer.

If you return an item for exchange, please include a note with which items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, along with your email address.

Hair Addictionz is not responsible for late or lost packages. This is a matter for UPS, however we will assist you in completing a refund claim.

If there is a problem, we will try to solve the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; however, absolutely no refunds are possible after 30 days of purchase.
